LOCAL PICK UP

If you are in the Phoenix area and would like to pick up your order and avoid shipping charges, chose the Local Pick Up option at checkout. Once your order is received, we will reach out to you to schedule a pick up time at our downtown Phoenix location.

 

SHIPPING

Please remember that orders are generally shipped within 3 business days of receipt. Any delays once shipped are the responsibility of the carrier.

 

FREE SHIPPING over $250 - Is available in the contingent US only.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

If the entered address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to determine the next step. 

 

LOST PACKAGES

For packages lost in transit, contact your local carrier. Once packages are in the hands of the carrier, it is then their responsibility.

 

HASSLE FREE RETURNS

You may return unworn items up to 14 days after you receive them for a refund. We do not charge restocking fees, but for items that shipped with free shipping the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt and must be unworn with original tags attached.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may make a return.

  • Regular price and unaltered merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange with all tags attached.
  • Items that are "Special Ordered", "Pre-Ordered" or Custom items are not refundable.  Store credit will be given in case of a return.
  • Worn items or items with tags removed may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Customer is responsible for initial shipping fee for merchandise returned to Straw and Wool. If the return was initiated due to a Straw and Wool fulfillment error( i.e. incorrect size or item) Straw and Wool will provide customer with a return shipping label.
  • New items shipped back out as an exchange will incur a new shipping fee. If the exchange is due to a Straw and Wool error, the shipping back to customer for the exchanged product will be taken care of by Straw and Wool- applies to US orders only.
  • Hold on to carrier Tracking information for any packages sent back to Straw and Wool. You may be asked for this information for reference. 
  • Refunds for returns will not be issued until the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Orders that received free shipping as part of a promotion will be refunded minus a $10 shipping fee, unless item is being returned due to Straw and Wool error or manufacturer defect.
